RIDGE PROFILE
Profile Ridge has been designed to give the appearance of a traditional bedded ridge, but with all the benefits that a modern dry ridge system provides, such as secure mechanical fixing and appropriate ventilation.
The Profile Ridge system incorporates ventilation strips to support the ridges and provide high level ventilation. Ridge unions provide an efficient seal between each ridge and give the appearance of a 10mm mortar joint.
To complete the system and to enhance aesthetics, profile fillers are supplied for profiled tile types. The fillers click into the ventilation strips and both are marked to ensure correct orientation.
FLASHING
We offer a wide range of flashing to suit your roofing, cladding project requirements. Custom made flashings also available. Simply select a category below and chose from our range. All our flashings are able to be custom made to your requirements.
Metal roof flashings are made up of metal strips, mostly Bend in either PPGI & PPGLCoil and are attached to both the roof and the walls. Its primary purpose is to prevent rainwater running down your roof from entering your home and falling to the ground. A metal roof flashing achieves this, through the aid of gravity, by funnelling the water down to the ground. Without this Accessorries material,
Gable and Rake Flashing : Gable and Rake Flashings are used on two-slope roofs with a centre peak to protect the roof wood and help provide a barrier that prevents water from penetrating the roof.

FOAM FILLERS
Profiled foam fillers are used to fill the gaps created by profiles roof sheeting at the ridge and eaves. Manufactured from hard wearing polyethylene foam profiled eaves fillers and profiled ridge fillers seal the roof voids to prevent dust, water ingress and can deter birds and rodents from entering and nesting.
- Bi-colour fillers available (Black on one side white on the other)
- Sold as pairs (long flute and short flute foam fillers)
- The “Long Flute” half of the pair will sit on top of the sheeting and fill the profile between the sheet and the ridge or abutment flashing
- The “Short Flute” half of the pair is pinned below the sheet at the eaves line
- Should be fitted whilst fixing sheets and flashings so that either the main fix screw pins the filler in place whilst fixing the sheets at the eaves, or so that the stitcher screw pins the filler down while adding ridge or abutment flashings
If used on a free-standing mono pitched roof with no flashings two pairs of fillers will be required per sheet width so that a short flute half can be used at both the front and the back

CYCLONE WASHER
For the best performance in a cyclone, it is important to choose the right plate and washer system. For crest Cyclonic Plates are recommended over conventional bonded washer systems as it provides superior roof holding capability. With a large contact area, Roof- designed to withstand high wind loads and minimise the stress between the washer and the roof sheet. This dramatically improves the ability to hold down the roof, giving it the best chance of survival in a cyclone. Roof also includes a double washer system, consisting of an upper and lower EPDM seal with a recess holding this in place. This helps prevent water entry between the screw head, cyclone plate and roofing profile
